What are the shipping & handling costs?

The shipping costs are calculated at checkout and can vary depending on the product(s) that is/are ordered and where it/they are being sent. The total amount that you will have to pay for shipping and handling is calculated at checkout before payment. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time will be variable and depends on where the item is being sent to. Items sent to the US take on average 12-22 days after dispatch to be delivered. Shipping to non-US countries can take up to 2-8 weeks. Please note that shipping times can also depend on factors that are beyond our control such as customs processing and local delivery services.    

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Most of our products are made to order which means it can take up to 10 days or in special cases a little longer before your order ships. You will however get a very nice and unique item delivered to you! Once your order ships we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID which you use at the USPS site (for delivery to the US), or at the China Post site (for deliveries to non-US countries).

Please note that as of September 2016 we are working very hard to get through a large backlog of orders. As a result, the dispatch of orders placed in September and the following months may be delayed up to 20 business days after the order is placed.

My tracking number isn't working. What is going on?

Once your order has the status "shipped" your order is handed over to our shipping partner which then takes care of delivering it to your shipping address. Sometimes there is a little delay before the tracking number starts to show information. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking number to start working. You can stay up to date by entering your tracking number at our tracking app page.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color. How can i fix this?

No worries this happens sometimes. Use our contact form or contact us on our live chat here to let us know the correct color. Please don't forget to include your order number or the e-mail that the order was placed under as a reference so we can change your order right away.

Can you do custom signs?

If you are after a sign that we don't have, we offer the ability for you to upload any image/logo and have it custom engraved.  Please click here to access the custom signs section of our website.
